Gamblewood Rentals is a small, family-run rental business offering thoughtfully maintained, fully furnished homes in the Upper Valley of Vermont. Founded by Andrew Gamble, a long-time educator, hospitality consultant, and real estate professional, Gamblewood Rentals focuses on providing comfortable, high-quality living spaces for faculty, professionals, and families relocating to the area.

Our properties are designed with care and practicality in mind—featuring modern amenities like EV chargers, solar power, and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, along with touches of comfort like wood-burning fireplaces, screened porches, and outdoor spaces meant to be enjoyed year-round.

Though we don’t live on-site, we are committed to being responsive, respectful, and proactive landlords. We offer flexible lease terms, pet-friendly options, and optional maintenance add-ons to make your rental experience as stress-free as possible.
